Vyacheslav Karamyshev, the chef at Moscow Country Club (a GlavUpDK branch), won the Best Hotel and Restaurant Service Chef category in the Best Moscow Region Tourism Industry Professional contest.
At year-end 2020, the Moscow Region Tourism Committee summarized the results of the competition. The Moscow region hospitality professionals competed in five categories.
Vyacheslav Karamyshev is an experienced Moscow Country Club chef and the Russian Chef Awards 2018 winner. In his hands, even the most ordinary lunch buffet is a masterpiece.
The country club restaurants offer European and Russian cuisines, burgers, meat and seafood, seasonal, fasting, special children's menus. As for Vyacheslav, he considers a lamb leg baked with herbs his signature dish.
He also notes that a chef is responsible for not only providing guests the most exquisite and delicious dishes but mustering a team of enthusiastic and highly-skilled professionals.
“It is cohesiveness and unity that make our team exceptionally strong. It is essential that guests leave the restaurant happy and satisfied,” says Vyacheslav.
